is still to move the devicetree files out of the kernel tree and reduce
the amount of churn going on here, but we keep finding reasons to delay
doing that.

Some boards might not have RTC xtal, so RTC shouldn't really be
enabled by default. Enable it in the required board files. For
now enable it for all board files to maintain the enabled status
exisitng prior to this patch.

Apparently, if G3D regulator is powered off, the SoC cannot enter low
power modes and just hangs. This patch fixes this by keeping the
regulator always on when the system is running, as suggested by Exynos 4
User's Manual in case of Exynos4210/4x12 SoCs (Exynos5250 UM does not
have such note, but observed behavior seems to confirm that it is true
for this SoC as well).
This fixes an issue preventing Arndale board from entering sleep mode
observed since commit
346f372f7b clk: exynos5250: Add CLK_IGNORE_UNUSED flag for pmu clock
that landed in kernel 3.10, which has fixed the clock driver to make the
SoC actually try to enter the sleep mode.

Ensure that unused I2C controllers are not activated, causing problems due
to inappropriate pinmuxing or similar, by marking the controllers as
disabled by default and requiring boards to explicitly enable those that
are in use.

Rather than requiring each board to explicitly disable the SPI controllers
it is not using instead require boards to enable those that they are using.
This is less work overall since normally at most one of the controllers is
in use and avoids issues caused by inappropriate pinmuxing.

According to ePAPR, chapter 2.3.4, the status property has
defined that it should be set to "disabled" when "the device
is not presently operational, but it might become operational
in the future".
So this patch disable dwmmc node by "status = disabled" in SOC
dts file and enable dwmmc node by "status = okay" in board specific
dts file.

Rather than requiring each board to explicitly disable the I2S controllers
it is not using instead require boards to enable those that they are using.
This is required for audio operation on Arndale, one of the unused I2S
controllers is pinmuxed with the LDO enable GPIOs for the WM1811A.

For consistency and correctness, since this is a bus, even if not
physical, it is worth to add 'reg' property and unit-address to subnodes.
The 'reg' property would merely be an index. Also for consistency, use

While the Linux driver stack is capable of figuring this out for itself
document the fact that we really do use the internal PHY even with the
directly wired hub on the board to save anyone else having to work this
out for themselves.

The Arndale has a SMSC USB3503 connected in hardware only mode like a PHY,
support it using the usb-nop-xceiv binding.
Note that due to a regrettable decision to use a regulator to represent
the reset signal this uses a fixed voltage regulator to do that, there
is a plan to use the reset controller binding once that is merged so it
does not seem worthwhile to fix the usb-nop-xceiv driver at this point.

Added S5M8767 PMIC DT nodes for Arndale board. Only the used
LDO's/BUCK are defined here. Also the nodes describe the default/reset
state LDO's and no power mangement tuning is implemented. The usage

The clock frequency of xxti and xusbxti clocks is dependent on the
frequency of the on-board oscillator that is used to generate these
clocks. So allow the frequency of these clocks to be specfied from
device tree.
