ARM: dts: sunxi: Switch MMC nodes away from cd-inverted property
Using the cd-inverted property is not useful when GPIOs are used as card
detects since the polarity can be specified with the usual
GPIO_ACTIVE_(HIGH|LOW) GPIO flags. It has also caused confusion for
U-Boot developers, so migrate all sunxi boards away from cd-inverted.

Chen-Yu Tsai 8b1447aed5 ARM: dts: sun6i: Enable HDMI support on some A31/A31s devices
All the A31/A31s devices I own have some kind of HDMI connector wired
to the dedicated HDMI pins on the SoC:

  - A31 Hummingbird (standard HDMI connector, display already enabled)
  - Sinlinx SinA31s (standard HDMI connector)
  - MSI Primo81 tablet (micro HDMI connector)

Enable the display pipeline (if needed) and HDMI output for them.

Chen-Yu Tsai d5e9edfd37 ARM: sun6i: a31s: primo81: Enable battery power supply
The MSI Primo81 tablet has a 3500 mAh 3.7V LiPo battery.

Enable the PMIC's battery power supply so the battery can be monitored.

Chen-Yu Tsai 723ca929a5 ARM: sun6i: a31s: primo81: Change USB OTG to OTG mode
Now that we have support for the AXP221 PMIC's USB VBUS detection and
DRIVEVBUS vbus control, we can use the USB OTG port in proper OTG mode.

This patch enables the aforementioned PMIC functions, adds the OTG ID
detection pin to the USB PHY node, and changes the mode of USB OTG to
"otg".

Chen-Yu Tsai 85d2913614 ARM: dts: sunxi: Remove no longer used pinctrl/sun4i-a10.h header
All dts files for the sunxi platform have been switched to the generic
pinconf bindings. As a result, the sunxi specific pinctrl macros are
no longer used.

Remove the #include entry with the following command:

    sed --follow-symlinks -i -e '/pinctrl\/sun4i-a10.h/D' \
	arch/arm/boot/dts/sun?i*.*

arch/arm/boot/dts/sun9i-a80.dtsi was then edited to remove the extra
empty line.

Maxime Ripard 119c366aea ARM: sunxi: Remove useless allwinner, pull property
The allwinner, pull property set to NO_PULL was really considered our
default (and wasn't even changing the default value in the code).

Remove these properties to make it obvious that we do not set anything in
such a case.

Chen-Yu Tsai cb84f6c0a2 ARM: dts: sun6i: primo81: Drop constraints on dc1sw regulator
This is the same issue fixed in commit dcf5341f01 ("ARM: dts:
sun8i-q8-common: Do not set constraints on dc1sw regulator").
Commit message copied:

dc1sw is an on/off only regulator and as such it cannot have constraints.

This is a limitation of the kernel regulator implementation which resolves
supplies on the first regulator_get(), which is done after applying
constraints, and applying the constrains will fail because it calls
_regulator_get_voltage() and _regulator_do_set_voltage() both of which
will fail on a switch regulator when there is no supply (yet).

This causes registering of all axp22x regulators to fail with the
following errors:

[ 1.395249] vcc-lcd: failed to get the current voltage(-22)
[ 1.405131] axp20x-regulator axp20x-regulator: Failed to register dc1sw
[ 1.412436] axp20x-regulator: probe of axp20x-regulator failed with error -22

This commit removes the constrains on dc1sw / vcc-lcd fixing this problem.
Note that dcdc1 itself is contrained to the exact same values, so this
does not change anything.

Karsten Merker c65d2359a8 ARM: dts: sunxi: sun6i-a31s-primo81.dts: add touchscreen axis swapping property

in landscape mode. To have both of them use the same coordinate
system, the touchscreen-swapped-x-y property has to be set
for the touchscreen.

Karsten Merker a5ea06d0bc ARM: dts: sun6i: Add dts file for MSI Primo81 tablet
The MSI Primo81 is an A31s based tablet, with 1G RAM, 16G NAND,
768x1024 IPS LCD display, mono speaker, 0.3 MP front camera, 2.0 MP
rear camera, 3500 mAh battery, gt911 touchscreen, mma8452 accelerometer
and rtl8188etv usb wifi. Has "power", "volume+" and "volume-" buttons
(both volume buttons are also connected to the UBOOT_SEL pin). The
external connectors are represented by MicroSD slot, MiniHDMI, MicroUSB
OTG and 3.5mm headphone jack.

USB OTG is enabled in host only mode. AXP221 USB power supply and
GPIO support are required for full USB OTG support.
