Gustavo Padovan 2eeb2e5e66 drm/exynos: use drm atomic state directly
For some fields the use of struct exynos_drm_plane filled with data from
the plane state just creates a source of duplicated information and
overhead. Here we change the crtc drivers to access the plane state
directly simplifying the code by not relying on a exynos internal struct.

Tobias Jakobi 5d878bdb51 drm/exynos: plane: honor buffer offset for dma_addr
Previously we were ignoring the buffer offsets that are
passed through the addfb2 ioctl. This didn't cause any
major issues, since for uni-planar formats (like XRGB8888)
userspace would most of the time just use offsets[0]=0.

However with NV12 offsets[1] is very likely non-zero.
So properly apply the offsets to our dma addresses.

Joonyoung Shim d9ea62566d drm/exynos: remove exynos_plane_dpms
The exynos_plane_dpms function handles enabled flag of exynos plane and
calls internal hw driver callback function for hw overlay on/off. But
it causes state disharmory problem currently and is will be obstacle to
apply atomic operation later to keep non-standard per-plane dpms state
like enabled flag.

Let's remove enabled flag, it just stop to recall internal callback
function but hw drivers can handle it properly. And call internal
callback function directly then we can remove unnecessary
exynos_plane_dpms function

Daniel Vetter 083500baef drm: remove DRM_FORMAT_NV12MT
So this has been merged originally in

commit 83052d4d5c
Author: Seung-Woo Kim <sw0312.kim@samsung.com>
Date: Thu Dec 15 15:40:55 2011 +0900

drm: Add multi buffer plane pixel formats

which hasn't seen a lot of review really. The problem is that it's not
a real pixel format, but just a different way to lay out NV12 pixels
in macroblocks, i.e. a tiling format.

The new way of doing this is with the soon-to-be-merged fb modifiers.

This was brough up in some long irc discussion around the entire
topic, as an example of where things have gone wrong. Luckily we can
correct the mistake:
- The kms side support for NV12MT is all dead code because
  format_check in drm_crtc.c never accepted NV12MT.
- The gem side for the gsc support doesn't look better: The code
forgets to set the pixel format and makes a big mess with the tiling
mode bits, inadvertedly setting them all.

Conclusion: This never really worked (at least not in upstream) and
hence we can safely correct our mistake here.

Joonyoung Shim 2ab9792178 drm/exynos: fix to calculate CRTC shown via screen
This patch is to exactly calculate CRTC shown via screen for all cases.
Refer exynos_plane_get_size() function for this. Also source position of
fb is fixed when start position of CRTC is negative number.

Inki Dae 01ed812671 drm/exynos: check NV12M format specific to Exynos properly
this patch adds buf_cnt variable in exynos_drm_fb structure and
that means a buffer count to drm framebuffer and also adds two
functions to get/set the buffer count from/to exynos_drm_fb structure.
if pixel format is not DRM_FORMAT_NV12MT then it gets a buffer count
to drm framebuffer refering to mode_cmd->handles and offsets.
but when booted, the buffer count will always be 1 because pixel
format of console framebuffer is RGB format.

Inki Dae ece82d624c drm/exynos: remove DRM_FORMAT_NV12M from plane module
this patch removes DRM_FORMAT_NV12M from plane module because this format
is same as DRM_FORMAT_NV12. DRM_FORMAT_NV12M will be identified by
mode_cmd->handles and mode_cmd->offsets fields internally.

Joonyoung Shim 00ae67cf26 drm/exynos: add property for plane zpos
The exynos drm driver used a specific ioctl - DRM_EXYNOS_PLANE_SET_ZPOS
to set zpos of plane. It can be substitute to property of plane. This
patch adds a property for plane zpos and removes
DRM_EXYNOS_PLANE_SET_ZPOS ioctl.

There is no any reason to update overlay at crtc directly because the
crtc uses plane. Move its code to plane and call proper functions of
plane from crtc.
