David S. Miller 1c2f61d40b sparc64: Don't hook up pcr_ops on spitfire chips. 
They can't be used for profiling and NMI watchdog currently
since they lack the counter overflow interrupt.

David S. Miller 3eb8057bba sparc64: Move generic PCR support code to seperate file. 
It all lives in the oprofile support code currently and we will need
to share this stuff with NMI watchdog and perf_counter support.
