The gpio_keys node does not have an address and thus does not need
address-cells or address size-properties.
This is flagged by dtc as follows:

Add a "serial1" alias for the serial console (it is labeled "uart1").
Add the serial port config to "chosen/stdout-path", which requires
referring to the port by alias.
Drop the "console=" parameter from the kernel command line, as it's no
longer needed for DT-based platforms.

Since 16ccaf5bb5 ("pinctrl: sh-pfc: Accept standard function, pins and
groups properties") renesas pfc drivers accept generic "function", "pins"
and "groups" properties.
This patch updates the kzm9d device tree to use the generic properties.

The keyboard driver for GPIO buttons(gpio-keys) checks for one of the
two boolean properties to enable gpio buttons as wakeup source:
1. "wakeup-source" or
2. the legacy "gpio-key,wakeup"
However juno, ste-snowball and emev2-kzm9d dts file have a undetected
"wakeup" property to indictate the wakeup source.
This patch fixes it by making use of "wakeup-source" property.

Add a stdout-path property so that automatic console selection works
in the absence of a "console=" parameter on the kernel command line.
Note that we have to keep the "console=ttyS1,115200n81" parameter in
chosen/bootargs, else the console will use the default setting of 9600
baud.

Copy the device nodes from KZM9D reference into the KZM9D
device tree file. This will allow us to use a single DTS
file regarless of kernel configuration. In case of legacy
C board code the device nodes may or may not be used, but
in the multiplatform case all the DT device nodes are used.

- console=tty0 - no graphic support upstream anyway
- earlyprintk= - not supported by the 8250-em driver anyway

This is part of an effort reduce differences between mach-shmobile
defconfigs with a view to using a common defconfig.

Use DT_MACHINE_START() on the emev2 based KZM9D board.
Also include a tiny DTS file to describe the board and
update the Kconfig dependencies to select CONFIG_USE_OF.
Update the SMP glue code to use OF for matching.
