Fabio Estevam 750d8df6e7 ARM: dts: imx6ul: Fix memory node duplication
Boards based on imx6ul have duplicate memory nodes:

- One coming from the board dts file: memory@

- One coming from the imx6ul.dtsi file.

Fix the duplication by removing the memory node from the dtsi file
and by adding 'device_type = "memory";' in the board dts.

It replaces underscore with hyphen in aliases name to fix DTC
alias_paths warning below, which is seen with various i.MX board dts
files when W=1 switch is on.

Warning (alias_paths): /aliases: aliases property name must include only lowercase and '-'

Fabio Estevam edc0581978 ARM: dts: imx6: Pass memory unit-adress
Pass the memory unit-adress to fix the following build warnings with W=1:

Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /memory has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name

There are cases where dts passes an empty memory node, which will be filled
by the bootloader. Passing the memory base address still allows the
bootloader to fill the memory size.

Rob Herring 8dccafaa28 arm: dts: fix unit-address leading 0s
Fix dtc warnings for 'simple_bus_reg' due to leading 0s. Converted using
the following command:

perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find arch/arm/boot/dts -type -f -name '*.dts*'

Dropped changes to ARM, Ltd. boards LED nodes and manually fixed up some
occurrences of uppercase hex.

Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /display@di0 has a unit name, but no reg property
Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /display@di1 has a unit name, but no reg property

Fix all these warnings by changing 'display@diX' to 'dispX'.

Fabio Estevam 12de44f55d ARM: dts: imx: Fix Ethernet PHY reset polarity
The FEC driver ignores the GPIO polarity from 'phy-reset-gpios' and
considers that the Ethernet PHY is active low, unless the
property 'phy-reset-active-high' is present.

Fix the device tree description by explicitly passing the
'GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW' flag to the 'phy-reset-gpios' property.

Fabio Estevam 8b7be72b1f ARM: dts: tx6: Remove 'enable-active-low' property
Property 'enable-active-low' does not exist. Only 'enable-active-high' is
valid, and when this property is absent the gpio regulator will act as
active low by default.

So remove the unexisting 'enable-active-low' property.

Currently the GPIO flag is GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH. In order to make
the dts description accurate, pass the GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW flag instead.

This change is safe because the gpio regulator driver does not take the
GPIO flag polarity into account.

Since commit b36581df7e ("spi: imx: Using existing properties for

unused and it is already marked as obsolete in device tree binding
documentation. Remove the property from the existing DTS files to

Geert Uytterhoeven 2e7c416cba ARM: dts: imx: Use generic uart-has-rtscts DT property
As of commit 1006ed7e1b ("serial: imx: Use generic uart-has-rtscts
DT property"), the Freescale IMX UART driver recognizes the generic
"uart-has-rtscts" DT property, deprecating the vendor-specific
"fsl,uart-has-rtscts" DT property. Hence replace the latter by the
former in all DTS files.
