Adopt the SPDX license identifier headers to ease license compliance
management.
Most of the i.MX NXP reference board dts files have already been
converted, so switch the remaining ones.

i.MX6ULL is a lite version of i.MX6UL, its full name
is i.MX6 UltraLiteLite, NOT UlltraLite.

imx6ull-14x14-evk.dts currently includes the imx6ul.dtsi file for an
i.MX6ULL SoC which is plain wrong.
Rename the current imx6ul-14x14-evk.dts to .dtsi and include it from
imx6ul-14x14-evk.dts and imx6ull-14x14-evk.dts, so that both can
include the appropriate SoC specific (imx6ul.dtsi/imx6ull.dtsi) file.

multiple files. Restore it to what it should be.

imx6ul.dtsi is the SoC common stuff for both imx6ul and imx6ull;
imx6ul-14x14-evk.dts is the board common stuff for both imx6ul
and imx6ull 14x14 evk. In this patch, for SoC part, the
imx6ull.dtsi includes imx6ul.dtsi; for board part, imx6ull-14x14-evk.dts
includes imx6ul-14x14-evk.dts.
