Julia Lawall e2bde78713 mfd: Fix davinci memory leak 
Error handling code following a kmalloc should free the allocated data.

Tejun Heo 8c0d8fa26b mfd: update gfp/slab.h includes 
Implicit slab.h inclusion via percpu.h is about to go away.  Make sure
gfp.h or slab.h is included as necessary.

Miguel Aguilar ca26308c22 MFD: DaVinci Voice Codec 
This is the MFD driver for the DaVinci Voice codec, it has two clients:

* Voice codec interface
* Voice codec CQ93VC
