Ingo Molnar 353ab6e97b [PATCH] sem2mutex: fs/
Semaphore to mutex conversion.

The conversion was generated via scripts, and the result was validated
automatically via a script as well.

Trond Myklebust 1dd761e907 NFSv4: Ensure the callback daemon flushes signals
If the callback daemon is signalled, but is unable to exit because it still
has users, then we need to flush signals. If not, then svc_recv() can
never sleep, and so we hang.
If we flush signals, then we also have to be prepared to resend them when
we want the thread to exit.

Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo 14c850212e [INET_SOCK]: Move struct inet_sock & helper functions to net/inet_sock.h
To help in reducing the number of include dependencies, several files were
touched as they were getting needed headers indirectly for stuff they use.

Thanks also to Alan Menegotto for pointing out that net/dccp/proto.c had
linux/dccp.h include twice.

Linus Torvalds 1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
