Keeping single line wrapper functions is not useful. Hence remove the
ib_sg_dma_address() and ib_sg_dma_len() functions. This patch does not
change any functionality.

Now that we have a NUMA-aware version of kmalloc_array() we can use it
instead of kmalloc_node() without an overflow check in the size
calculation.
