David Woodhouse 5614253686 Remove unneeded _syscallX macros from user view in asm-*/unistd.h
These aren't needed by glibc or klibc, and they're broken in some cases
anyway. The uClibc folks are apparently switching over to stop using
them too (now that we agreed that they should be dropped, at least).

Andrew Morton 491d4bed80 [PATCH] sys_kexec_load() naming fixups
__NR_sys_kexec_load should be __NR_kexec_load. Mainly affects users of the
_syscallN() macros, and glibc is already checking for __NR_kexec_load.

Paul Mundt f73bc8cae3 [PATCH] sh: Make _syscall6() do the right thing.
There was a rather silly and embarrassing typo in the sh _syscall6().
For the syscall ABI we have the trapa value specified as 0x10 + number
of arguments, this was being set incorrectly in the _syscall6() case
which ended up causing some problems for users.

Linus Torvalds 1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
