This patch fixes the following DTC warnings for omap3-overo-summit.dtb,
omap3-overo-storm-tobi.dtb, omap3-overo-storm-summit.dtb and
omap3-overo-tobi.dtb:
"encoder@0 has a unit name, but no reg property"
"endpoint@0 has a unit name, but no reg property"
"connector@0 has a unit name, but no reg property"

Summit and Tobi expansion boards have a HDMI connector with a TFP410
encoder. Add a common include file for this configuration, and then
use it for Summit and Tobi.
