Mauro Carvalho Chehab	d55f09abe2	[media] lirc.h: remove several unused ioctls ... While reviewing the documentation gaps on LIRC, it was noticed that several ioctls aren't used by any LIRC drivers (nor at staging or mainstream). It doesn't make sense to document them, as they're not used anywhere. So, let's remove those from the lirc header. Alec Leamas	b7be755733	[media] bz#75751: Move internal header file lirc.h to uapi/ ... The file include/media/lirc.h describes a public interface and should thus be a public header. See kernel bug https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75751 which has a manpage describing the interface + an acknowledgment that this info belongs to uapi.
