The DVB API was originally defined using typedefs. This is against
Kernel CodingStyle, and there's no good usage here. While we can't
remove its usage on userspace, we can avoid its usage in Kernelspace.
So, let's do it.

Commit 307e95c922 ("[media] mn88472: implement firmware parity check")
introduced the usage of exit paths that do not free the already allocated
firmware data in case the parity handling fails. Go through the correct
exit paths. Detected by Coverity CID 1295989.

Lets add some reasonable limits in order to keep w_scan happy :)

The release_firmware() function was called in three cases by the mn88472_init()
function during error handling even if the passed variable "fw" contained still
a null pointer.
This implementation detail could be improved by the introduction of another
jump label.

The release_firmware() function tests whether its argument is NULL and then
returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.
This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
