Tony Lindgren ed01ffd9dd ARM: dts: Add common mcpdm dts file for omap4
The mcpdm module found on omap4 and 5 needs pdmclk clock from
the pmic that may or may not be wired. Without this clock we
cannot read the registers for mcpdm at all. For the external
mcpdm clock to work, it needs to be muxed at the module level
for ti-sysc driver probe to mux it early enough for probe.

Let's set up a common file for it to make things a bit easier
to make l4 abe interconnect to probe with ti-sysc driver. Note
that this is not needed for omap5 as we can just update mcpdm
muxing in omap5-board-common.dtsi in later patches.

Tony Lindgren 731b409878 ARM: dts: Configure duovero for to allow core retention during idle
By reconfiguring few GPIOs in the dts file we can make duovero parlor
hit retention during idle:

1. Let's a larger debounce value for gpio-keys

This will then make gpio-keys use software debounce and the GPIO
debounce clock is not enabled.

2. Let's allow WLAN suspend for mwifiex

This can be done just by adding keep-power-in-suspend.

3. Let's reconfigure smsc911x driver to use GPIO edge interrupt

This will allow using NFSroot while the system idles, and the kernel
has quite a few dts files with "smsc,lan9115" compatible using edge
interrupts.

Then to have the system hit core retention during idle, the UARTs
needs to be idled and USB modules need to be unloaded or unbound.

Rob Herring f568f6f554 ARM: dts: omap: Add missing #phy-cells to usb-nop-xceiv
"usb-nop-xceiv" is using the phy binding, but is missing #phy-cells
property. This is probably because the binding was the precursor to the phy
binding.

Fixes the following warning in OMAP dts files:

Warning (phys_property): Missing property '#phy-cells' in node ...

Marc Zyngier 7136d457f3 ARM: omap: convert wakeupgen to stacked domains
OMAP4/5 has been (ab)using the gic_arch_extn to provide
wakeup from suspend, and it makes a lot of sense to convert
this code to use stacked domains instead.

This patch does just this, updating the DT files to actually
reflect what the HW provides.

BIG FAT WARNING: because the DTs were so far lying by not
exposing the WUGEN HW block, kernels with this patch applied
won't have any suspend-resume facility when booted with old DTs,
and old kernels with updated DTs won't even boot.

On a platform with this patch applied, the system looks like
this:

Joachim Eastwood d712ff63b1 ARM: dts: Enable mcpdm and mcbsp1 on DuoVero
Since commit 7adb0933b1 (ARM: dts: omap4: Set all audio related
IP's status to disabled as default) all audio related device are
disabled by default. Most boards were updated to enable devices
explicitly, but DuoVero was missed.

mcpdm is used for twl6040 and mcbsp1 is used for BlueTooth audio.
