Detailed description for this pull request: 1. Revert "PM / devfreq: Modify the device name as devfreq(X) for sysfs" - This changes as devfreq(X) cause break some user space applications such as Android HAL from Unisoc and Hikey. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
