Geert Uytterhoeven c849e55178 PCI: endpoint: Make PCI_ENDPOINT depend on HAS_DMA
If NO_DMA=y:

    drivers/built-in.o: In function `__pci_epc_create':
    (.text+0xef4e): undefined reference to `bad_dma_ops'
    drivers/built-in.o: In function `pci_epc_add_epf':

    drivers/built-in.o: In function `pci_epf_alloc_space':
    (.text+0xfa32): undefined reference to `bad_dma_ops'
    drivers/built-in.o: In function `pci_epf_free_space':
    (.text+0xfac4): undefined reference to `bad_dma_ops'

Add a dependency on HAS_DMA to fix this.

config PCI_ENDPOINT
bool "PCI Endpoint Support"
depends on HAS_DMA
help
Enable this configuration option to support configurable PCI
endpoint. This should be enabled if the platform has a PCI
controller that can operate in endpoint mode.
Enabling this option will build the endpoint library, which
includes endpoint controller library and endpoint function
library.
If in doubt, say "N" to disable Endpoint support.

configure the endpoint function and used to bind the
function with a endpoint controller.
