Fork of alistair23 Linux kernel for reMarkable from https://github.com/alistair23/linux
![]() With ti-sysc, we need to now have the device tree properties for ti,no-reset-on-init and ti,no-idle-on-init at the module level instead of the child device level. Let's check for these properties at the child device level to enable quirks, and warn about moving the properties to the module level. Otherwise am335x-evm based boards tagging gpio1 with ti,no-reset-on-init will have their DDR power disabled if wired up in such a tricky way. Note that this should not be an issue for earlier kernels as we don't rely on this until the dts files have been updated to probe with ti-sysc interconnect target driver. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
