Jiri Olsa 492d977444 perf tools: Add tracepoint support for parse_events_error 
Allowing tracepoint events processing to report back error.

  $ perf record -e 'sched:krava' ls
  event syntax error: 'sched:krava'
                       \___ unknown tracepoint
  ...
