Add a driver for Microsemi Ocelot Ethernet switch support. This makes two modules: mscc_ocelot_common handles all the common features that doesn't depend on how the switch is integrated in the SoC. Currently, it handles offloading bridging to the hardware. ocelot_io.c handles register accesses. This is unfortunately needed because the register layout is packed and then depends on the number of ports available on the switch. The register definition files are automatically generated. ocelot_board handles the switch integration on the SoC and on the board. Frame injection and extraction to/from the CPU port is currently done using register accesses which is quite slow. DMA is possible but the port is not able to absorb the whole switch bandwidth. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
