ARM: OMAP: Add 3430 CPU identification macros

This patch adds omap3430 CPU identification macros.

Silicon revision check macros added by Girish S G <girishsg@ti.com>.

CPU identification macro and silicon revision check macros
cleaned up by Paul Walmsley <paul@pwsan.com>.
