Merge branch 'work.lookup' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/viro/vfs 

Pull vfs lookup() updates from Al Viro:
 "More conversions of ->lookup() to d_splice_alias().

  Should be reasonably complete now - the only leftovers are in ceph"
