Staging: hv: Remove typedef DRIVER_OBJECT and PDRIVER_OBJECT

typedef DRIVER_OBJECT and PDRIVER_OBJECT are removed and their usages
are replace by the use of struct hv_driver and struct hv_driver *
respectively.
