Staging: wavelan: fix initialise statics to 0 in wavelan_cs.p.h

This is a patch  to the wavelan_cs.p.h fix initialise statics to 0
Errors found by the checkpatch.pl tools, like
	ERROR: do not initialise statics to 0 or NULL
