Bluetooth: btmrvl: Delete an unnecessary variable initialisation in btmrvl_sdio_card_to_host()

Browse source 
The variable "payload" will eventually be set to an appropriate pointer
a bit later. Thus omit the explicit initialisation at the beginning.
