[WATCHDOG] rc32434_wdt: clean-up driver

Clean-up the rc32434 driver code:
	- name the platform driver rc32434_wdt_driver
	- Replace KBUILD_MODNAME ": " with PFX define.
	- Cleanup include files
	- Order the ioctl's
