ipmi: proper spinlock initialization

Unloading ipmi module can trigger following error.  (if
CONFIG_DEBUG_SPINLOCK=y)

Fix this by initializing spinlocks in a smi_info_alloc() helper function,
right after memory allocation and clearing.
