Wei Yongjun 5751cdc0c9 PM / devfreq: fix missing unlock on error in exynos4_busfreq_pm_notifier_event() 
Add the missing unlock before return from function
exynos4_busfreq_pm_notifier_event() in the error
handling case.

This issue introduced by commit 8fa938
(PM / devfreq: exynos4_bus: honor RCU lock usage)

Abhilash Kesavan 537eb8e2b6 PM / devfreq: Move exynos4 devfreq driver into a new sub-directory 
In anticipation of the new exynos5 devfreq and ppmu driver, create
an exynos sub-directory. Move the existing exynos4 devfreq driver
into the same.
