The recent TLB flush rework broke the build when the Radix MMU is
disabled at build time, eg:
(.text+0x264): undefined reference to `.radix__tlbiel_all'
We could add an empty version, but if we ever called it by accident
that would indicate a bad bug, so add a stub that just WARNs if we do.

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
