These boards are still non-generic boards.
drivers/rtc/ds12887.c should also be removed because it can not
be built without CONFIG_ATC.

This board is the only user of CONFIG_SYS_EEPROM_X40430 , remove
it so the EEPROM command code can be cleansed of the related code
as well.

These boards have long reached EOL, and there has been no indication
of any active users of such hardware for years. Get rid of the dead
weight.
