Vel 1e945ddfd4 Implementing solution to loading the 3 glossary bib files and outputting them to the main glossary and individual glossaries for acronyms and abbreviations. Abbreviations and acronyms are formatted differently in the main glossary and the individual glossaries to Jeff's spec. Note that the abbreviations and acronyms bib files have been cloned and modified to the format required for the solution to work. 2022-09-30 13:04:57 +13:00
Vel 7c134f81b6 Making changes to fonts required for the document to compile on macOS. Also upgrading the STIX font to STIXTWO and correctly specifying bold, italic and bolditalic variants. This fixes these variants missing in the typeset document. 2022-09-18 14:02:49 +12:00

Vel 852b0f8750 Implemented dual entries for acronyms and abbreviations which output entries to both acronyms/abbreviations glossaries and the main glossary. Made it so these dual entries are in the requested format in their respective glossaries via creating a new glossary type and in the main glossary by remapping fields and appending to the name field. Couldn't get sorting working in the main glossary across the 3 glossary types :( 2022-09-16 18:59:42 +12:00
Vel 96dc714c9d This is a reminder to use the \glsfmtshort{} command instead of \gls{} in all captions and section commands when using a glossary entry. It will ensure the <short> entry is output only, while still outputting the "<long> (<short>)" format for the first actual use of the entry. 2022-09-12 13:35:10 +12:00

Vel 84809be00c Testing hooks for acronyms to output the "long" glossary entry only and suppress the "description" entry. These 2 lines only help with outputting something after the acronym name (e.g. NTP) and after the description, but don't get rid of the description.
