Jarkko Nikula b6a85477d7 ARM: OMAP1: Remove legacy irda.h and irda setup from board files
omap-ir.c driver has never been upstream and was also removed from
linux-omap.git four years ago (See linux-omap.git commit efd1e3f
("REMOVE OMAP LEGACY CODE: Reset drivers/net/irda to mainline")).

Therefore remove needless device registration from a few board files
and delete thus to be unused arch/arm/mach-omap1/include/mach/irda.h
and unused OMAP_DMA_UART3_* definitions from dma.h.

Aaro Koskinen 0345a1e339 ARM: OMAP1: fix omap_udc registration
omap_udc platform device is not registered properly anymore:
CONFIG_USB_GADGET_OMAP was deleted by 193ab2a6 (usb: gadget: allow
multiple gadgets to be built) already in v3.1.

Fix by using CONFIG_USB_OMAP instead. Tested on Nokia 770 by checking
that omap_udc is probed & working properly when built as a module.

Tony Lindgren 873e698067 ARM: OMAP: Remove NEED_MACH_GPIO_H
Omap no longer needs this option, mach/gpio.h is
empty.

Also remove mach/irqs.h from gpio-omap.h and
include it directly from the related omap1
gpio init files.

Otherwise omap2+ build fails for MULTI_PLATFORM.

Tony Lindgren 4e969010c5 ARM: OMAP1: Remove relative includes
As discussed on linux-arm-kernel, we want to avoid
relative includes for the arch/arm/*omap* code:

http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-omap/msg80520.html

Note that eventually when the omap1 specific drivers
are fixed to not use cpu_is_omap macros and not depend
on mach/hardware.h, this patch can be reverted and these
headers can be local. But since just fixing the drivers for
omap2+ is already a big enough hassle, let's deal
with that properly first.

Tony Lindgren e4c060db2c ARM: OMAP: Split plat/cpu.h into local soc.h for mach-omap1 and mach-omap2
We want to remove plat/cpu.h. To do this, let's first split
it to private soc.h to mach-omap1 and mach-omap2. We have to
keep plat/cpu.h around until the remaining drivers are fixed,
so let's include the local soc.h in plat/cpu.h and for drivers
still including plat/cpu.h.

Once the drivers are fixed not to include plat/cpu.h, we
can remove the file.

This is needed for the ARM common zImage support.

Tony Lindgren 4c98dc6b8e ARM: OMAP: Make plat/fpga.h local to arch/arm/plat-omap
There's no need to have this file in plat/fpga.h. We can
make it local to plat-omap replacing fpga_read/write
functions directly with readb/writeb as that's how
they are already defined in fpga.h.

Note that 2420 based H4 is also using the fpga, so let's
keep the led support around in plat-omap until we flip
over mach-omap2 to device tree.

Tony Lindgren dbc0416104 ARM: OMAP: Split plat/hardware.h, use local soc.h for omap2+
As the plat and mach includes need to disappear for single zImage work,
we need to remove plat/hardware.h.

Do this by splitting plat/hardware.h into omap1 and omap2+ specific files.

The old plat/hardware.h already has omap1 only defines, so it gets moved
to mach/hardware.h for omap1. For omap2+, we use the local soc.h
that for now just includes the related SoC headers to keep this patch more
readable.

Note that the local soc.h still includes plat/cpu.h that can be dealt
with in later patches. Let's also include plat/serial.h from common.h for
all the board-*.c files. This allows making the include files local later
on without patching these files again.

Note that only minimal changes are done in this patch for the
drivers/watchdog/omap_wdt.c driver to keep things compiling. Further
patches are needed to eventually remove cpu_is_omap usage in the drivers.

Also only minimal changes are done to sound/soc/omap/* to remove the
unneeded includes and to define OMAP44XX_MCPDM_L3_BASE locally so there's
no need to include omap44xx.h.

While at it, also sort some of the includes in the standard way.

Rob Herring 1ac02d7958 ARM: fix __io macro for PCMCIA
With commit c334bc1 (ARM: make mach/io.h include optional), PCMCIA was
broken. PCMCIA depends on __io() returning a valid i/o address, and most
ARM platforms require IO_SPACE_LIMIT be set to 0xffffffff for PCMCIA. This
needs a better fix with a fixed i/o address mapping, but for now we just
restore things to the previous behavior.

This fixes at91, omap1, pxa and sa11xx. pxa needs io.h if PCI is enabled,
but PCMCIA is not. sa11xx already has IO_SPACE_LIMIT set to 0xffffffff,
so it doesn't need an io.h.

Jeremy Kerr 0ea1293009 arm: return both physical and virtual addresses from addruart
Rather than checking the MMU status in every instance of addruart, do it
once in kernel/debug.S, and change the existing addruart macros to
return both physical and virtual addresses. The main debug code can then
select the appropriate address to use.

This will also allow us to retreive the address of a uart for the MMU
state that we're not current in.

Nicolas Pitre 7c63984b86 ARM: do not define VMALLOC_END relative to PAGE_OFFSET
VMALLOC_END is supposed to be an absolute value, while PAGE_OFFSET may
vary depending on the selected user:kernel memory split mode through
CONFIG_VMSPLIT_*. In fact, the goal of moving PAGE_OFFSET down is to
accommodate more directly addressed RAM by the kernel below the vmalloc
area, and having VMALLOC_END move along PAGE_OFFSET is rather against
the very reason why PAGE_OFFSET can be moved in the first place.

Janusz Krzysztofik 1a96edd70c OMAP1: Add support for SoC camera interface
This patch adds a definition of the OMAP1 camera interface platform device,
and a function that allows for providing a board specific platform data.
The device will be used with the upcoming OMAP1 SoC camera interface driver.

Jason Wang 7e788b4289 omap: Fix DEBUG_LL uart to access phys addr when MMU isn't enable
Now we use a memory address to store the debug port info, So we need
to read/write this address when we choose DEBUG_LL. When MMU isn't
enable(I.E. the begining part of init stage of the linux kernel boot),
we need to access physical address instead of virtual address,
otherwise the kernel will crash.

Janusz Krzysztofik 11f9562a42 OMAP1: Amstrad Delta: add a handler for processing interruptsgenerated by the FIQ routine
This patch introduces an IRQ handler used for processing interrupts generated
by the FIQ handler when it decides there are data ready for processing.

The handler further invokes device specific interrupt routines based on
interrupt source counters passed from the FIQ handler.

The handler setup function is intended to be called from the board
provided init_machine() callback.

Janusz Krzysztofik 60c3bf3f12 OMAP1: Amstrad Delta: add FIQ handler for serial keyboardport interrupt processing
This patch introduces a Fast Interrupt Request (FIQ) handler for Amstrad Delta
(E3) videophone. The handler's purpose is to process interrupts generated by a
GPIO line that a serial keyboard clock hangs off. It collects consecutive bits
into words, pushing them into a buffer, then requests a higher level interrupt
after one or more words are ready for further processing by a keyboard port
driver.

The handler also processes interrupts generated by two other GPIO lines, used
by other on-board supported devices, by simply requesting a higher level
interrupt, that in turn should invoke those device's specific irq handlers.

IRQ12 line, not used by OMAP1510 hardware (described as reserved), has been
choosen as a higher level interrupt source.
