Olof Johansson 7bf1541225 ARM: tegra: core SoC support enhancements 
This branch contains fixes and enhancement for core Tegra Soc support:
 * CPU hotplug support for Tegra114.
 * Some preliminary work on Tegra114 CPU sleep modes.
