earlyprintk=efi,keep does not work any more with a warning
in mm/early_ioremap.c: WARN_ON(system_state != SYSTEM_BOOTING):
Boot just hangs because of the earlyprintk within the earlyprintk
implementation code itself.
This is caused by a new introduced middle state in:

Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
