The upcoming PB11MPCore and PB1176 have different memory maps and some
of the definitions in platform.h are no longer common. This patch
moves them to the board-eb.h file and updates their usage in
realview_eb.c.

Since the PB1176 has different UART base addresses, this patch moves
the definitions form platorm.h to board-eb.h. It also modifies
uncompress.h to detect the platform type at run-time.

This patch moves the timer definitions from platform.h into board-eb.h
as they are different on PB11MPCore and PB1176. It also adds
timerX_va_base variables in core.c which are set by the
realview_eb_timer_init function before invoking realview_timer_init.

This patch moves the SCU initialisation from __v6_setup to the
smp_prepare_cpus() function as it relies on platform-specific
settings. Changes to get_core_count() are mainly for allowing cleaner
code with the upcoming PB11MPCore patches.

This patch modifies the get_irqnr_preamble macro to work with multiple
platforms at run-time by reading the address of the GIC controller from
the gic_cpu_base_addr variable. This variable is defined in core.c and
intialised in realview_eb.c (gic_init_irq).

This patch moves the platform specific definitions from platform.h into
the board-eb.h file. It drops the INT_* definitions as they are no
longer used in irqs.h (moved to board-eb.h). It renames REALVIEW_*
macros to REALVIEW_EB_* or REALVIEW_EB11MP_* to distinguish between
standard EB and EB + the ARM11MPCore tile. The platform.h file contains
common definitions to the RealView platforms and it is only directly
included in board-*.h files.

get_irqnr_preamble allows machines to take some action before entering the
get_irqnr_and_base loop. On iop we enable cp6 access.
arch_ret_to_user is added to the userspace return path to allow individual
architectures to take actions, like disabling coprocessor access, before
the final return to userspace.
Per Nicolas Pitre's note, there is no need to cp_wait on the return to user
as the latency to return is sufficient.

The kernel originally supported revB only. This patch enables revC by
default and adds a config option for building the kernel for the revB
platform. Since the SCU base address was hard-coded in the proc-v6.S
file (and only valid for RealView/EB revB), this patch also adds a
more generic support for defining the SCU information.

As per the corresponding change to the serial drivers, arrange
for ARM decompressors to give CRLF. Move the common putstr code
into misc.c such that machines only need to supply "putc" and
"flush" functions.

Several ARM machine implementations used a PL01x primecell compatible
serial port for debugging purposes, and indepdently implemented the low
level debug macros every time. Provide a common implementation and
convert these implementations to use this version.

Since the ARM AMBA bus is used on MIPS as well as ARM, we need
to make the bus available for other architectures to use. Move
the AMBA include files from include/asm-arm/hardware/ to
include/linux/amba/

Since we now only build arch/arm/kernel/dma.c on machine types
which set ISA_DMA_API, we don't need to define MAX_DMA_CHANNELS
to 0 to indicate this - this definition becomes superfluous.
Remove it.

arch/arm/kernel/entry-armv.S has contained a comment suggesting
that asm/hardware.h and asm/arch/irqs.h should be moved into the
asm/arch/entry-macro.S include. So move the includes to these
two files as required.
Add missing includes (asm/hardware.h, asm/io.h) to asm/arch/system.h
includes which use those facilities, and remove asm/io.h from
kernel/process.c.
Remove other unnecessary includes from arch/arm/kernel, arch/arm/mm
and arch/arm/mach-footbridge.
