- Modified acinclude.m4.in to not do STRLCAT test. Breaks on BSD.
...
- Modified cvs.sh and Makefile.am to not use KDE's libtool.m4.in
- Regenerated acinclude.m4.
- Updated ltmain.sh to current Ubuntu. Older one was execing recursively.
