* Use `sklearn.model_selection` rather than `sklearn.cross_validation` which no longer exists in recent versions of scikit-learn 

* Alter `karoo_gp_base_class.pause()` to work better with `karoo_gp_pause`, namely allowing more than a single command to be executed at each pause point
