hclge_dbg_reg_info[] is defined as an array of packed structure
accidentally. However, this array contains pointers, which are
no longer aligned naturally, and cannot be relocated on PPC64.
Hence, when compile-testing this driver on PPC64 with
CONFIG_RELOCATABLE=y (e.g. PowerPC allyesconfig), there will be
some warnings.
Since each field in structure hclge_qos_pri_map_cmd and
hclge_dbg_bitmap_cmd is type u8, the pragma packed is unnecessary
for these two structures as well, so remove the pragma packed in
hclge_debugfs.h to fix this issue, and this increases
hclge_dbg_reg_info[] by 4 bytes per entry.

When the queue depth and queue parameters are modified, there is
a low probability that TX timeout occurs. The two operations cause
the link to be down or up when the watchdog is still working. All
queues are stopped when the link is down. After the carrier is on,
all queues are woken up. If the watchdog detects the link between
the carrier on and wakeup queues, a false TX timeout occurs.
So fix this issue by modifying the sequence of carrier on and queue
wakeup, which is symmetrical to the link down action.

The content of the TX desc is automatically cleared by the HW
when the HW has sent out the packet to the wire. When desc filling
fails in hns3_nic_net_xmit(), it will call hns3_clear_desc() to do
the error handling, which miss zeroing of the TX desc and the
checking if a unmapping is needed.
So add the zeroing and checking in hns3_clear_desc() to avoid the
above problem. Also add DESC_TYPE_UNKNOWN to indicate the info in
desc_cb is not valid, because hns3_nic_reclaim_desc() may treat
the desc_cb->type of zero as packet and add to the sent pkt
statistics accordingly.

Previously, hns3 driver just directly send specific setting bit
and mask bits of MAC VLAN switch parameter to the firmware, it
can not be compatible with the old firmware, because the old one
ignores mask bits and covers all bits with new setting bits.
So when running with old firmware, the communication between PF
and VF will fail after resetting or configuring spoof check, since
they will do the MAC VLAN switch parameter configuration.
This patch fixes this problem by reading switch parameter firstly,
then just modifies the corresponding bit and sends it to firmware.

This patch fixes the problem of the spin locks, originally
meant for the netpoll path of hns driver, causing deadlock in
the normal NAPI poll path. The issue happened due to the presence
of the stray leftover spin lock code related to the netpoll,
whose support was earlier removed from the HNS[1], got activated
due to enabling of NET_POLL_CONTROLLER switch.
Earlier background:
The netpoll handling code originally had this bug(as identified
by Marc Zyngier[2]) of wrong spin lock API being used which did
not disable the interrupts and hence could cause locking issues.
i.e. if the lock were first acquired in context to thread like
'ip' util and this lock if ever got later acquired again in
context to the interrupt context like TX/RX (Interrupts could
always pre-empt the lock holding task and acquire the lock again)
and hence could cause deadlock.
Proposed Solution:
1. If the netpoll was enabled in the HNS driver, which is not
right now, we could have simply used spin_[un]lock_irqsave()
2. But as netpoll is disabled, therefore, it is best to get rid
of the existing locks and stray code for now. This should
solve the problem reported by Marc.

Currently "rmmod hip04_eth.ko" call free_irq more than once
as devres_release_all and hip04_remove both call free_irq.
This results in a 'Trying to free already-free IRQ' warning.
To solve the problem free_irq has been moved out of hip04_remove.

Currently, the num_msi_left means the vector numbers of NIC,
but if the PF supported RoCE, it contains the vector numbers
of NIC and RoCE(Not expected).
This may cause interrupts lost in some case, because of the
NIC module used the vector resources which belongs to RoCE.
This patch adds a new variable num_nic_msi to store the vector
numbers of NIC, and adjust the default TQP numbers and rss_size
according to the value of num_nic_msi.

Pull LED updates from Jacek Anaszewski:
"In this cycle we've finally managed to contribute the patch set
sorting out LED naming issues. Besides that there are many changes
scattered among various LED class drivers and triggers.
LED naming related improvements:
- add new 'function' and 'color' fwnode properties and deprecate
'label' property which has been frequently abused for conveying
vendor specific names that have been available in sysfs anyway
- introduce a set of standard LED_FUNCTION* definitions
- introduce a set of standard LED_COLOR_ID* definitions
- add a new {devm_}led_classdev_register_ext() API with the
capability of automatic LED name composition basing on the
properties available in the passed fwnode; the function is
backwards compatible in a sense that it uses 'label' data, if
present in the fwnode, for creating LED name
- add tools/leds/get_led_device_info.sh script for retrieving LED
vendor, product and bus names, if applicable; it also performs
basic validation of an LED name
- update following drivers and their DT bindings to use the new LED
registration API:
- leds-an30259a, leds-gpio, leds-as3645a, leds-aat1290, leds-cr0014114,
leds-lm3601x, leds-lm3692x, leds-lp8860, leds-lt3593, leds-sc27xx-blt
Other LED class improvements:
- replace {devm_}led_classdev_register() macros with inlines
- allow to call led_classdev_unregister() unconditionally
- switch to use fwnode instead of be stuck with OF one
LED triggers improvements:
- led-triggers:
- fix dereferencing of null pointer
- fix a memory leak bug
- ledtrig-gpio:
- GPIO 0 is valid
Drop superseeded apu2/3 support from leds-apu since for apu2+ a newer,
more complete driver exists, based on a generic driver for the AMD
SOCs gpio-controller, supporting LEDs as well other devices:
- drop profile field from priv data
- drop iosize field from priv data
- drop enum_apu_led_platform_types
- drop superseeded apu2/3 led support
- add pr_fmt prefix for better log output
- fix error message on probing failure
Other misc fixes and improvements to existing LED class drivers:
- leds-ns2, leds-max77650:
- add of_node_put() before return
- leds-pwm, leds-is31fl32xx:
- use struct_size() helper
- leds-lm3697, leds-lm36274, leds-lm3532:
- switch to use fwnode_property_count_uXX()
- leds-lm3532:
- fix brightness control for i2c mode
- change the define for the fs current register
- fixes for the driver for stability
- add full scale current configuration
- dt: Add property for full scale current.
- avoid potentially unpaired regulator calls
- move static keyword to the front of declarations
- fix optional led-max-microamp prop error handling
- leds-max77650:
- add of_node_put() before return
- add MODULE_ALIAS()
- Switch to fwnode property API
- leds-as3645a:
- fix misuse of strlcpy
- leds-netxbig:
- add of_node_put() in netxbig_leds_get_of_pdata()
- remove legacy board-file support
- leds-is31fl319x:
- simplify getting the adapter of a client
- leds-ti-lmu-common:
- fix coccinelle issue
- move static keyword to the front of declaration
- leds-syscon:
- use resource managed variant of device register
- leds-ktd2692:
- fix a typo in the name of a constant
- leds-lp5562:
- allow firmware files up to the maximum length
- leds-an30259a:
- fix typo
- leds-pca953x:
- include the right header"

Currently when hns3 driver configures the tm shaper to limit
bandwidth below 20Mbit using the parameters calculated by
hclge_shaper_para_calc(), the actual bandwidth limited by tm
hardware module is not accurate enough, for example, 1.28 Mbit
when the user is configuring 1 Mbit.
This patch adjusts the ir_calc to be closer to ir, and
always calculate the ir_b parameter when user is configuring
a small bandwidth. Also, removes an unnecessary parenthesis
when calculating denominator.
