- Modified acinclude.m4.in to not do STRLCAT test. Breaks on BSD.
...
- Modified cvs.sh and Makefile.am to not use KDE's libtool.m4.in
- Regenerated acinclude.m4.
- Updated ltmain.sh to current Ubuntu. Older one was execing recursively.

The KDE version now uses the same datadir as the other versions.
...
At installation time files in the kde datadir are copied
to datadir and a symbolink link is created from kde datadir to datadir.
